This round shaped vessel is similar to the Zulu Ukhambra Vessel that was generally used to serve drinks on ceremonial occasions. Our hand felted Ukhambra Linear Wool Pots are decorative, as well as functional.

The Wanderlane Wool Collection explores a unique mix of wool felt and natural fibres. Modern and simplistic design merges vibrant ethnicity inspired by the South African landscape and diverse cultures. These pieces are handmade from Merino wool and Karakul, ethically sourced and produced in South Africa. The addition of silk and other natural fibers wonderfully transforms the felt to reveal a surprising and luxurious texture. Our Wanderlane Wool Collection is part of an all women’s collective supporting & training local artisans to create innovative sustainable products.
